Soledad, dark night
In her bedroom, she sleeps secure;
Outside, you hear the crickets sing.
(UES P behold, inspired by the Japanese tradition of Haiku , wrote these verses. Truth is, that while the Haiku follows a rigorous metric [a Haiku consists of three lines of five, seven and five syllables, respectively], the peculiarities of the language [in this case, English], no always allow precisely that, a clear example is Jose Juan Tablada, Mexican poet gave further impetus at the national level to this kind of poetic writing [was a member of the diplomatic corps in the nation of East] ...
